The Pragmatics are BornHistory > The Sixties 12th October, 2007It was Fate who originally started jamming with his buddy, Murphy. The instrumental sessions with Fate on guitar and Murphy on drums caused a sensation in neighborhood. People passing by would stop and listen to the sweet sound.
One of the passers-by was Karma. Karma knew he had something to offer, he liked the music and wanted to join in. He knocked on the door and sat down with Fate and Murphy for a joint. The three started chatting and it happened that they all got on. They talked about music and poetry and when Karma read some words he'd written Fate asked him to sing along to their next jam. With Murphy's eclectic drumming and Fate's weaving and winding chords, Karma's soulful poetry was a instant fit. Righteous words from the heart.
